Al tells us that his race car was bought new from Bauer Millet in 1999. "Actually" he says, "it was swapped for a Chevy pickup and a BMW estate; just so I could go racing after watching at York and the Pod for about 20 years.

"I used to do the dinner time cruise round the track at York in my '89 Trans Am 20 years ago. I have slowly modified the race car over the years from running 14.5 stock to 12.2 now. The only original parts left on it are the body, glass, dash and engine block, and everything else is stored at work or is finding its way onto the road car."
